Delivery & Shipping
We will send you an email when we have received your order.
We will then send you another email when your order has been shipped.
All orders are packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes, mailing envelopes, or boxes, and sent using a trackable postal service.
Specific shipping costs can be found on the product page by clicking on the delivery link (located beside the “Add to Cart” button). Approximate shipping times can also be found here, however, we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsiblity for any additional Custom charges incurred on international orders.
If there are any delays in despatch, we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.
You can cancel your order at any stage before despatch.
