We want you to be completely happy with any product that you purchase from us.
If by any chance you aren’t, then you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement, or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we delivered the items to you in error or the item is faulty.
Prior to returning items to Yard Gallery, you must receive authorisation from us. To request authorisation please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include within the body of the email:
1. Your Order Number
2. Your First and Last Name
3. The name of the product you wish to return
4. A brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you wish to receive a replacement or refund.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7days.
- Goods must be received in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
- Please include the completed Return Instructions Form which we sent with your order. Remember to specify the reason for return, and whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund. Please also enclose the original Packing Slip.
- Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. For this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery, insured, trackable service. We recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
