Nicola Gilmore Lunn
I have always been passionate about painting and having grown up in an artistic family and I was surrounded by a deep appreciation of art and design. I studied at the Art College in Belfast and then completed a degree in Landscape Design in Manchester. For the last twenty years I pursued a career teaching Art and Design to post primary students.
Through my art I combine my love of painting with my love of the outdoors. As a mum of three boys we have spent many family walks with our beloved dog, Maggie, exploring our beautiful surroundings. Living in Northern Ireland there is a wealth of inspiration for my paintings from woodland walks and forest trails to exposed coastal beaches and cliff tops.
