May the Fourth Be With You
Yes, I know, another Year, another Star Wars Pun.
But hey, at least it gives us a chance to celebrate the classics that were/are the Star Wars films!
I am a child of the eighties, so I remember the day my friend Bibs got a Lightsaber. It was the coolest thing EVER. We had a Lightsaber battle in our dressing gowns while his dad struggled to watch the snooker on the TV behind us (on a TV that was as deep as the screen was wide). Then, tired from our escapades, we settled down to some toast and a refreshing glass of milk. (And incidentally, my hair wasn't unlike that of the kid in the picture...)
Now, a few years later, I'll admit, when in Toy Shops I do still get the urge to grab a Lightsaber and start lashing it round me. It is, however, less socially acceptable.
Perhaps instead I will just relive those memories by looking (with only my eyes, and not through the physical wielding of weapons) at some of the lovely Star Wars poster prints we have in the Gallery.[caption id="attachment_262" align="aligncenter" width="347"] Yoda - Prints MM[/caption]
"When nine hundred years old you reach, look as good you will not" - Yoda, "Return of the Jedi".[caption id="attachment_263" align="aligncenter" width="383"] Boba Fett - Prints MM[/caption]
"He's no good to me dead" - Boba Fett, "The Empire Strikes Back".[caption id="attachment_268" align="aligncenter" width="352"] Return of the Jedi - Prints MM[/caption]
"When I left you I was but the learner, Now I am the Master" - Darth Vader, "A New Hope".[caption id="attachment_265" align="aligncenter" width="353"] A New Hope - Prints MM[/caption]

Do they bring back memories for you? Are you kicking yourself that you sold off all your original toys in a car boot sale (like my brothers did)?! Or are you the next generation of fan?!
Happy May the 4th.
