Service: We bought 9 pictures online. The gallery staff noticed that the sizes of some were different. They called us back immediately and helped us choose 9 the same. It turned out the sizes on the site were slightly wrong on some! But mistakes happen and we noticed the website was corrected... Service rating : We bought 9 pictures online. The gallery staff noticed that the sizes of some were different. They called us back immediately and helped us choose 9 the same. It turned out the sizes on the site were slightly wrong on some! But mistakes happen and we noticed the website was corrected within 48 hours. Mistakes happen but it is what is done about them that counts. The 9 pictures are brilliant! We have since recommended the Yard to someone else in London and they have also purchased a picture for a friend in NI. The person got back to us and thanked us for introducing him to such a good gallery.Product : This was the wrong size, we didn’t get it!
