Audrey Kyle
Audrey Kyle was born in 1968 and has lived in Islandmagee, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland all her days. She began painting in 2009 under the guidance of Paul Holmes, a well known local landscape artist, shortly after the birth of her second child.
Audrey lives on a working farm close to the Gobbins Cliffs on the peninsula of Islandmagee. She finds inspiration through the beauty of nature, the changing of the seasons and local seascapes. Subjects often include loose landscapes of coastal scenes, animals and flowers. She enjoys expressing herself through the use of vibrant colour and works in a loose style, letting the paint make its mark. Audrey was accepted as a full member of the Art Society of Ulster in 2014 and exhibits in their annual show. Audrey's work is available to purchase at a number of local outlets and exhibitions or by private arrangement at her studio. All pieces are painted using top quality paints and professionally framed.
