Any questions? Here we’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions which should clear up any queries you may have.

Q. Out of Stock Items. I have seen a piece I would like to buy but it says "Out Of Stock", can I still buy it?

We normally mark items "Out of Stock" if we are expecting to get more in, therefore, when we have it back in stock, yes, it will be available for you to buy. Please contact us if you see an out of stock item that you would like and we will do our best to get it for you.

Q. Collection. I only live round the corner from Yard Gallery, can I call in and collect my purchase directly from the Yard?

Yes. When you add an item to your Shopping Cart you can select the 'Click and Collect' option under 'Delivery Methods'. You will not be charged shipping prices with this option. You will find our full address, opening hours and how to find us on our "Contact Us" page.

Q. How will framed Artwork be sent to me?

Framed artwork will be sent in robust packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, using a trackable, insured postal service.

Q. How will Unframed artwork be sent to me?

Depending on size, all unframed artwork on paper or canvas will be sent either rolled up inside a sturdy cardboard tube, or flat packed in cardboard and sent using a trackable, insured postal service.

Q. When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch your artwork within 24 hours from when you place your order. Delivery is then normally within 2 working days after dispatch to UK addresses. Orders dispatched internationally usually take 5-6 working days after dispatch, however, they may be delayed due to customs.

Q. Cancellations. Oh No! I just placed an order, and I've realised I made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?

That's not a problem. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible, telephone +44 (0) 28 9042 7210, or email orders@yardgallery.com quoting your order number, your first and last name and your email address.

If your order has not yet been shipped then we will cancel it without any cost to you and credit you with a full refund.

However, if your order has been dispatched then please return it to us within 14 days and we will credit you with a full refund, minus the cost to us for shipping it to you. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Q. Returns. I've just received my order, and, to be honest, I don't really like it…can I send it back?

Of course! If by any chance you wish to return a product you have up to 14 days from date of receipt to receive a free replacement, or a full refund for the price of the product minus shipping costs. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Q. I am an artist. How do I go about exhibiting some of my work in Yard Gallery?
