'Ben Bulbin Through The Barley' is a limited edition giclee print by Robert Ellison.
"This en plein air piece was painted in a barley field looking east across the north coast of Sligo Bay towards the mountain-plateau Ben Bulbin in 'Yeats Country', so named because of its association with the poet William Butler Yeats and his painter brother Jack Butler Yeats. It sports a little organic matter in the form of what I believe to be barley grains which I appended - initially by accident then by design - to the bottom right of the canvas."
This artwork comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. These limited editions are printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm by a member of the Fine Art Trade Guild on archival quality paper which uses pigment based archival inks for longevity, and come in a double mount when framed.
