Janice Stevenson

Janice is a full-time mixed media artist living and working in the heart of County Down, Northern Ireland. Surrounded by the beautiful rolling drumlins visible from her studio, she finds inspiration in the patterns, textures and colours of the landscape around her.

With a passion for surface pattern design and mark-making, Janice combines a variety of traditional mediums with modern technology to create distinctive, expressive artwork. Her creative practice spans original art, greeting cards and graphic design, with a particular love for exploring pattern and texture.

Janice has a wealth of experience in the creative sector, having spent over ten years as a community artist and seven years working in a local gallery. She has also worked in project management with the Crafts Council of Ireland and Craft NI. Her artwork has been sold both locally and internationally.

Alongside her own artistic practice, Janice enjoys sharing her creativity with others through art and craft classes for all ages and abilities, encouraging people to discover the joy of making art.
